At dinner or at work, take a seat that isn't your usual one. Explain nothing.
Why this matters
You take your usual seat automatically, and with it the usual angle of view.
What to do
Notice where you always sit: the specific chair at the table, one side of the meeting room, your usual row. Today take a different seat, ideally opposite your usual one. Do not announce it and do not explain, even if asked — a shrug is enough. Look at what the new spot shows you: whose faces are in front of you now, who you used to see only from the side, what ended up behind your back. Notice how the others react and how quickly it all settles back to normal. Hold the seat for the whole dinner or the whole meeting, without moving back.
