An hour of learning turns into a skill only through what you do the same day.

Pick one topic you've been curious about for a while and find a lesson exactly an hour long: a webinar, a lecture, a workshop, live or recorded. Put it in your calendar as a meeting, otherwise it won't happen. Close mail and messengers, keep only a notebook. Take short notes, not a transcript but a list of things you'll try yourself. After the lesson choose one item from that list and do it the same evening, however roughly. Otherwise in three days nothing will be left of the whole hour.
