What to do
Think of a place you keep coming back to: a cafe, a repair shop, a hairdresser, a doctor, the small shop on your street. Open the maps listing or their page and write three or four sentences. Be specific: what you ordered, who helped you, what exactly was done well — those reviews get read, while great place gets scrolled past. If you remember the person's name, use it; the owner will see it. Five minutes of your time brings that place real customers.
