Find an object of each rainbow color right where you are.
Why this matters
The place you sit in every day is one you stopped looking at long ago. Color is a simple excuse to look again.
What to do
Stay where you are and don't go looking anywhere on purpose. Search in order: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, violet. Only what's visible from right here counts — a book spine, a cable, a spot on a package, someone's scarf. Orange and violet come last, and most of the ten minutes will go to them. When you've got all seven, take one photo of the whole room.
