Why this matters

What to do
Buy one ticket: the act of buying a single seat is already half the quest. Choose not what is acceptable to watch alone, but what you actually want to see. Arrive early and do not bury yourself in your phone in the foyer — stand there, look at people, that is part of the evening. Inside, do not put your bag on the next seat as if you were waiting for someone. Afterwards do not rush home: walk a couple of blocks and sort out in your head what worked for you and what did not. Tell nobody about it until morning.
