Why this matters
A day nobody will hear about is the only way to find out whose day it actually is.
What to do
Pick a day off and decide in advance: today nobody finds out how you spent it. No photos, no messages saying where you are and what you are doing, no report in the evening, not even to those closest to you. Do what you choose yourself, not what would tell well afterwards. If you catch yourself already composing the post in your head, stop and come back to what you were doing. In the evening simply go to bed without summing the day up out loud.
