Why this matters
Half of all good deeds are done to be seen. Here that half is removed, and you get to look at what was underneath.
What to do
Think of something where the help arrives but your name does not: pay for the coffee of the person behind you, wash the shared stairwell, leave an umbrella by the entrance in the rain, put a bag of groceries by a door where things are hard. Choose what the person actually needs, not what looks good. Make sure you cannot be traced: no signature, no filming, no telling anyone that day. If there are cameras or neighbours around, change the moment, not the deed. Then check yourself on the way out: if it stings that nobody will know, that sting is the whole point.
