Shared vegetables from my garden with the neighbors
Every summer I end up with more cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce than we can eat. I packed them in bags and went door to door — eight families took some. One elderly neighbor said she hadn't tasted such good salad in a long time. I do this every year. It's just the normal thing to do.
